Privacy Notice (PDPA)
VISIR collects and processes visitors' personal data to manage SiCIR visits under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act 2019.
Data controller
Siriraj Center for Interventional Radiology (SiCIR), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.
Data we collect
Name, email, phone, country, institution, professional license / student ID, ID-card / passport image, health declaration, e-signature.
Retention
Visit records: 2 years from the visit (then anonymized) · ID-card images: auto-deleted after 90 days · audit logs: 5 years.
Your rights
Per §30–§35: access, rectify, erase, port, withdraw consent, object to processing.
